Frank to the rescue, again. This time I needed a new battery. If the temps got below 50 it was not starting. I know batteries are not cheap so I found one online and with discounts I got it for 220 with a core return. Great. Not so fast the parts place said I had to take it to a repair shop to be installed. I looked at it and it wasn't in a weird place, but ok. Turns out the battery I ordered didn't fit. Not even close. It took Frank 3 different batteries before they found one that fit my Nissan. If I had done that at home and played the replace/return the battery everyday until I got one that fit game , still at the moment I am filling this out, I wouldn't have a reliable ride. If the place I got it from even had the correct one. Which, by the way, the first one was supposed to be exactly for my vehicle. Ya right. So got the right battery in a single go and got the whole deal, including labor for less than what I paid for the first one. Can't beat that with a stick. Thanks AutoWorks.

I have always trusted Frank and Mark. I took my car in and asked to check my brakes. Frank said that they were low and at this moment that they didn’t need to replaced but within 6 months. The rotors would have to be resurfaced. I appreciated the honesty and rather have the work done sooner than later. Thank you Frank!

I call frank and told him the problem with the way my truck was driving, he say if you can get it in too our place within an hour,we can look at today. I took the truck in and before noon he gave me a detailed of what was wrong with my truck he told me how much it would cost and I told him too go ahead. When he called me back later that day,that my truck was ready,as I was there he went over all the work that they did.they will not do any work that not needed and if they should find something else wrong I always get a call.I will only take my truck,car too them.You can trust them and you will always feel a good job was done..
