I appreciated that we were able to get an appointment immediately. The diagnosis, including a video showing some of the results, was texted to me, and a quote was provided all within 2 hours of initiating work. My car was fixed within 24 hours. Upfront, communicative, and quick—what’s not to like about that?

I had excellent service from Randy. Our suv was service in a very timely matter. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Service at Vara Chev was horrible they wanted to keep my suv 5days in the parking lot before they could even look at it. At Autocare they took it in that minute and was ready for pickup next day by noon. That’s what I say is excellent work. They also worked with my extended warranty insurance. Thank you

Auto Works did a great job diagnosing the problem with our F 150 Ford. Everything was explained clearly, we received pictures of broken parts and informed of possible outcomes. Only genuine Ford parts were used. The charge was reasonable and the communication was outstanding. I would use them again without a doubt. Very friendly staff.

Second- after years of owning used cars, Autoworks is one of the very few places where I’ve felt their communication with me was shared in a straightforward, upfront, knowledgeable, honest and highly important – non arrogant way.
