Monday of Thanksgiving week I noticed a visibly failed front suspension part and was able to get the vehicle in for service. Autoworks representative Frank was able to put a name on the failed suspension part, get a pair of new ones same day, arrange replacement of the 8-year old left and right components and restore my serenity in time for us to get on the highway next day for 600 mile roundtrip to East Texas for the Holiday.
