my review as follows: I had my 2000 jeep gran Laredo Cherokee in the shop for electrical issues--mark and keith and the staff at auto works were great---very very fair, honest, get me up to date---on a score of 1-10 with 10 being excellent I would rate auto work a 10------also a shout out to alex who provided transporation back and forth ----very polite, personable, excellent customer service thanks again, gary l wamsley viet nam 67-68
